Silvia Sound is coming to the Island Music Center on Saturday, September 17th, for an Open House and a mini-concert. For those interested in lessons, Sarah and I will be at the IMC to field questions in the afternoon. The recital itself is at 6:00 p.m. On the program is one of Sarah's favorite composers, York Bowen, and Jonathan will be singing "Dover Beach" by Samuel Barber, accompanied by Sarah, of course!

For five weeks, Jonathan (and sometimes Sarah, too) will be teaching a group voice class. We'll cover basics of technique, and we will certainly be singing some Italian.

The cost for all five weeks is $150. Two or more from the same household can get a discount at $125 each. No experience is necessary!
